It comes from my personal collection. This coin has always been stored properly in a dry, temperature controlled room. Usually the same day or next day depending on the time of sale. 999 fine silver with gold plating, each coin measures 40mm in diameter and weighs approximately 31g.

The obverse features a profile of Queen Elizabeth II, the reigning monarch of Canada. The composition, weight and date of mintage are also inscribed.

Designed by artist Nathalie Bertin, the reverse features a beaver, the Algonquin symbol of wisdom. CANADA and 20 DOLLARS are also engraved. According to ancient teachings, the beaver taught the Anishinaabe people about the powerful medicine in tree bark - and the beaver reflects wisdom garnered by closely observing nature.
